Backgammon is one of the oldest board games or dice games for two players. The playing pieces are moved according to the roll of dice, and players win by removing all of their pieces from the board. In this game, players alternate turns, rolling two dice at the beginning of each turn. A checker may land on any point that is unoccupied or is occupied only by a player's own checkers, may also land on a point occupied by exactly one opposing checker. When all of a player's checkers are in that player's home board, that player may start removing them.
